Processing day-to-day order from website & e-commerce.Update product information and content on the website.Manage website configuration & parameters (eg shopping alternatives, payment options, stock management)Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arisingScope and document ongoing website functional projects/improvementsLiaise with e-commerce agency regarding the day to day management of the websiteLiaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the websiteEvaluate approaches & strategies to improve website & e-commerce sales conversions & customer engagementUnderstand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etcInvestigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/ordersProduce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc)
